AI for Mechanical Contractors: Making it work for YOU
Practical ways to start using AI in your day-to-day work.
Free Early Registration: Register by Friday, May 8, 2026 at no charge. Attendance required -- cancellations and no shows after May 15 will be invoiced for the full registration fee.
If your day is anything like most in this industry, it’s a constant cycle of emails, follow-ups, tracking down information, and trying to keep jobs moving while juggling service calls, coordinating with other trades, schedules, and whatever came in overnight.
This workshop is built around one question: Can AI take some of that off your plate? And the answer is… yes!
What you’ll learn: You’ll learn how AI tools can help with the routine tasks that slow your team down, like writing service notes, responding to emails, organizing job information, and keeping track of what’s going on across the office and the field, so less time is spent chasing details and more time is spent moving work forward. We’ll also explore areas such as improving first-time fix rate, speeding up quote turnaround, and identifying patterns in repeat issues. You’ll also get a clear understanding of how these tools work and how to use them effectively, so you’re not guessing or wasting time.
This is a hands-on session built around real-world examples. You won’t just hear about AI tools; you’ll use them. The goal is to walk out with tools you can actually apply right away and a better sense of where this fits into your day-to-day work.
Attendees are encouraged, but not required, to bring a laptop.
